I have been having problems with my Vaillant boiler for a little while. I had Emergency cover through my home insurance through Allianz who over the course of a week sent two engineers who amazingly deemed the boiler beyond economical repair. I arranged for Stuart to have a look and he was able to get the boiler going quickly with adjustments, unfortunately it failed again and Stuart recommended a replacement of the gas valve. On removal the old valve seemed to be contaminated with shale probably picked up when our gas main was replaced recently. Stuart was prompt courteous and knowledgeable and I would thoroughly recommend to sort your gas appliances. ~ Richard H

My boiler was flashing an F75 fault code and we had no heat. I mentioned the code when booking online, and Stuart arrived the same day to help. He quickly diagnosed the fault as a failed Vaillant Pressure Sensor, which he already had stocked in the van. Thermotec did the plumbing for my new bathroom to include: bath, shower, toilet and basin. They arrived on the day booked , carried out the work professionally and cleaned up spotlessly. I then booked them to install a new hot water cylinder, change pipe work and convert the system to direct fill from the mains. Again the work was carried out meticulously.
